E. Thomas Detmer, Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Detmer joined CenterStone in April 2002 with extensive experience
leading venture-backed information technology companies. Previously,
Mr. Detmer was President
and CEO of Exactis.com, Inc., which he joined in January 1999 and brought public
(NASDAQ: XACT) in November 1999. After merging Exactis with 24/7 Media (NASDAQ:
TFSM) in June 2000, Mr. Detmer served as COO of 24/7 Media before reselling the
Exactis business unit to Experian in May 2001. Mr. Detmer held the position of
President and General Manager of the eMarketing Services group within Experian,
the world's largest information company until joining CenterStone.
Prior to Exactis Mr. Detmer was the founder, President and CEO of Atlantes Corporation,
a Denver-based consumer database information management company. He founded Atlantes
in 1992 and successfully sold the company to Metromail Corp. (NYSE: ML) in 1997.
Experian acquired Metromail in 1998.
Mr. Detmer holds a BA degree from Williams College and an MBA from the University
of Denver.
Kenneth W. Edwards, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Edwards joined CenterStone Technologies in August 2002, with over 20 years
of business and financial management experience. Mr. Edwards worked with Mr.
Detmer and Mr. Mathias at Exactis.com (NASDAQ: XACT) where as CFO, he was a principal
participant in Exactis' November 1999 initial public offering and the company's
subsequent acquisition by 24/7 Media (NASDAQ:TFSM). He served as Senior Vice
President, North American Accounting for 24/7 Media overseeing multiple business
units and was instrumental in 24/7 Media's successful disposition of the Exactis
business unit to Experian in May 2001.
Mr. Edwards first worked with Mr. Detmer and Mr. Mathias in 1994 at Atlantes
Corporation where he served as Corporate Controller. He assisted in closing several
private rounds of venture financing and the 1997 sale and merger of Atlantes
to Metromail Corp (NYSE: ML). Prior to Atlantes, Mr. Edwards spent five years
as Controller of a Denver-based publishing company and five years in public accounting.
Mr. Edwards holds a BS degree in Accountancy from Metropolitan State College
in Denver, Colorado.
Peter A. O'Neil
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. O'Neil is the most recent addition to CenterStone's senior management
team. Prior to joining CenterStone in June 2004 he spent five years with Experian
in a variety of capacities including Senior VP and General Manager, Cooperative
Databases and Senior VP, Self Reported Data. In 1993 Mr. O'Neil first worked
with Mr. Detmer and Mr. Mathias at Atlantes Corporation and was instrumental
in building the Atlantes customer base through his aggressive sales and marketing
efforts.
Atlantes was acquired by Metromail in 1997 which was in turn acquired by Experian
in 1998. Mr. O'Neil assumed management of Experian's self-reported
data group in 1999 after Mr. Detmer joined Exactis.com. Prior to Atlantes Mr.
O'Neil held senior level positions with a variety of firms including Salt
Investment Fund, Resorts Marketing, Inc., Vail Valley Foundation and The Executive
Ventures Group.
Mr. O'Neil holds a BA in Psychology from Colorado College and an MBA from
the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Terry L. Gates
Senior Vice President of Technology
Mr. Gates joined CenterStone Technologies in August 2004, with over 20 years
of technology experience. Prior to joining CenterStone Technologies Mr. Gates
worked at McKesson, Inc. a Fortune 16 company, as Senior Vice President of Engineering
and Client Support. Mr. Gates also worked with Mr. Detmer and Mr. Edwards at
Exactis.com as Vice President of Technology in charge of worldwide technology
operations.
Mr. Gates worked at Access Health, a leader in nurse triage for the healthcare
industry, as Vice President of Technology. Access Health was acquired by McKesson,
Inc. in 1998. Mr. Gates worked as Director of Engineering for Clinicom in 1991,
a pioneer in the field of electronic healthcare charting, which was acquired
by HBO & Company and later by McKesson, Inc.
Mr. Gates holds BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
J. Brooks Fisher
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Fisher joined CenterStone Technologies in September of 2000. Mr. Fisher's
background includes experience with small start-ups as well as large private
equity investment firms. Mr. Fisher has been responsible for financings, investor
relations and corporate strategy. Currently involved with all aspects of operations
including sales, marketing, client relations, and Information Technology development,
Mr. Fisher has helped facilitate CenterStone's expansion of its products
and services, corporate leadership, strategic positioning and market direction.
Mr. Fisher holds a BA degree from Middlebury College.
Clayton Hunt
Director, Application Development
Mr. Hunt is responsible for the creation of CenterStone's sales order management
technology, and continues to lead all product design and development. He possesses
superior technical skills and entrepreneurial experience that have greatly enhanced
the quality and scalability of CenterStone applications. Prior to joining CenterStone
in January 2000, Mr. Hunt consulted in leading edge web development for companies
such as Johns Manville and ICG Communications, specializing in creating high
performance intranet and extranets.
Mr. Hunt was also a shareholder and Director of Research and Development for
USTMAN, a $50 million business in the contamination regulation industry, where
he was responsible for creating the company's software products.
Mr. Hunt holds a BA degree in business administration from Mesa State College
in Colorado.
David H. Mathias
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Mathias brings substantial experience building highly proficient technology
solution sales teams to CenterStone in addition to strategic and tactical marketing
expertise. Prior to joining CenterStone in July 2002, Mr. Mathias was Vice President
of Sales for the eMarketing Services Group of Experian. He held senior sales
positions within Exactis.com and 24/7 Media prior to Experian's 2001 acquisition
of the Exactis.com business unit.
Mr. Mathias first worked with Mr. Detmer and Mr. Edwards at Atlantes Corporation
where he held a number of positions from 1993 through 1998 including Vice President
of Sales and Client Services. While with Atlantes he worked with a wide variety
of consumer product companies including American Golf, American Recreation Products,
Bell Helmets, Black and Decker, Conair, Giant, Huffy Sports, Johnson Outdoors,
Serta, Simmons, Trek, Wilson Sporting Goods and many others. Prior to Atlantes
Mr. Mathias held positions with IBM and Whitman-Hart in Chicago, Illinois selling
IBM-based hardware, software and consulting services.
Mr. Mathias holds a BA degree from DePauw University and an MBA from The University
of Colorado at Denver.
Deirdre (Didi) L. Nolan
Vice President, Client Support
Ms. Nolan joined CenterStone in June 2000 when the company started servicing
its first clients. Her main focus was to build the process for a client support
department and provide that support. Prior to CenterStone, Ms. Nolan spent over
twenty-five years in the retail side of the Outdoor and Snow Sports Industry.
Twenty-two of those years were with Gorsuch Ltd., a premier Specialty Retailer
headquartered in Vail, Colorado. During those years she was involved in every
aspect of retailing that involved growing Gorsuch Ltd. Her primary responsibilities
in the later years with Gorsuch included being the head buyer and a decision
maker in the global business planning process for the corporation.
Ms. Nolan's combined experience and expertise in the retail buying process and
the use of information technology has been a critical component in CenterStone's
product development, successful Retailer Adoption program, implementation process
and training programs.
Ms. Nolan holds a BS degree from Michigan State University.

Timothy O. Fisher
Mr. Fisher has been employed at The Hillman Company in various capacities since
1972. Hillman is a private company located in Pittsburgh, PA with broadly diversified
operations and investments. Mr. Fisher currently serves as Vice President and
is a member of The Hillman Company board of directors. He is also a director
of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Conforma Clad, Inc., Therma Tru, Inc., Latin Axis,
Inc. and CenterStone Technologies, Inc.
Mr. Fisher received a BA from the University of Denver in 1971 and an MBA from
Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of
Virginia.
Kyle Lefkoff
A Founder and General Partner of Boulder Ventures, Mr. Lefkoff has 18 years of
venture capital experience in Colorado, and has been the principal or lead investor
in over 45 Colorado companies. Mr. Lefkoff's venture capital investments include
information technology, life sciences, and natural foods retailing. Mr. Lefkoff
is a Director of LeftHand Networks Inc., Trust Company of America Inc., and CenterStone
Technologies, Inc. He is the Chairman of Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ: ARRY)
and of Dharmcon, Inc. He is past Chairman of the Venture Capital Association
of Colorado, and an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the University of Colorado
School of Business.
Mr. Lefkoff received his B.A. in Economics from Vassar College (summa cum laude)
in 1981.
In 1985, he completed his MBA in Finance at the University of Chicago.
Jeffrey Schutz
A Managing Director of Centennial Ventures, Mr. Schutz joined the firm in 1987
and made partner the same year. He is in his 20th year of full-time, direct venture
capital investing. He has served on the boards of numerous public and private
companies.
Mr. Schutz holds a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Colgate
Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
Advisory Board
The purpose of the CenterStone Technologies Advisory Board is to assist
the Company with product direction and business development.
The Advisory Board consists of broadly experienced senior executives
with specific domain expertise directly related to CenterStone's
business model including enterprise software, IT infrastructure,
corporate strategy, market research, and product positioning.
Drew Pearson
Mr. Pearson is a Principal at General Atlantic Partners, LLC, a worldwide private
equity firm, where he has worked since 1996. Mr. Pearson is based in Greenwich,
CT and concentrates on portfolio company support. Mr. Pearson has worked on over
$150 million in transactions in the Enterprise Software and IT Infrastructure
markets, including Manugistics, EXE Technologies, and Talus Solutions.
Prior to joining General Atlantic Mr. Pearson was a business analyst with McKinsey
and Company, Inc. where he worked with Fortune 500 businesses in the technology
and financial services industries.
Mr. Pearson holds a MA/BA in Regional Science from The School of Arts and Sciences
at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Finance from The Wharton School
at the University of Pennsylvania.
Larry Washburn
Mr. Washburn is the Principle of Washburn Associates, Inc. a Strategic Marketing
Solutions consultancy that he started in 1988. The firm is focused on a number
of areas of competency, including; market research, new product development,
product positioning, and advancement of brand equity. Washburn Associates, Inc.
has completed assignments for Borden, Boston Beer, Duracell, GE, IBM, Lipton,
3M, Monsanto, NFO and Ralston Purina among others.
Prior to forming Washburn and Associates, Mr. Washburn was an Executive VP with
Marketing Corp. of America, where he headed the Consulting Division. MCA was
a full range marketing company offering strategic planning, analysis and tactical
implementation focusing mainly on Fortune 500 firms. Mr. Washburn holds a BA
degree from Ohio Wesleyan and an MBA from Stanford University.
Travis White
For the past 25 years, Dr. White has worked in the computing industry as a researcher,
product planner, strategist, and marketer. In addition to consulting with numerous
small clients, Dr. White has held leadership positions with NBI, Inc., Solbourne
Computer, and J.D. Edwards. Dr. White specializes in working with companies in
transition, including small companies that are growing rapidly and larger companies
that are experiencing technology or market disruptions. Dr. White holds a Ph.D.
from the University of Denver.
He is fluent in Spanish and has taught at universities
in the United States and throughout Latin America. |
